Besides, the equipment, technical processes and product quality are ahead of peers. With stable quality, hot work die steel produced by DBSS, the steel has been sold domestically and internationally, which has been highly acclaimed. By electroslag remelting and multi-direction upsetting process, the steel for casting moulds shows many advantages. Key technical testing values meet requirements of NADCA#207. The annual sales volume of all kinds plastic die steel has been up to over 80,000 tons, and has gained popularity in the market. For example, 10Ni3MnCuAl and DS136 have not only been awarded the “Golden Cup Award for Physical Quality of Metallurgical Products”, but also successfully replaced imported materials and captured a significant market share. Cold work die steel contains over 50 steel grades with different melting methods for users’ selection. As rare earth elements being added to get more uniform carbide in the steel, the moulds have longer service life.
